About The Position

Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and metal roofs. No prior roofing experience required — we’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to learn and grow in the roofing and construction industry.

Requirements

• Must be punctual and maintain consistent attendance
• Complete duties safely, efficiently, and with quality
• Follow all worksite rules, company policies, and safety regulations
• Read tape measures
• Safely use hand tools
• Maintain a basic tool set
• Use proper PPE and fall‑protection systems
• Pass an employment physical and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
