About The Position

Guardian is seeking experienced roofers for repair and maintenance roles. The job involves conducting residential roof repairs and/or replacements across the Snohomish County area. Installers have the potential to earn between $80,000 to over $150,000 annually, with a base pay of $24-$30/hr plus piece-rate pay on all projects. Founded in 2005, Guardian provides repair/replacement roofing and gutter services to residential and light commercial customers and is recognized as one of the best small businesses on the West Coast. The company has experienced significant growth and plans to double in size over the next five years.

Requirements

• 1+ year of roofing experience
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly and perform physical work (includes bending, climbing, kneeling)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
• Employment contingent on successful completions of pre-employment drug test, physical, background check and MVR (for driving roles)

Nice To Haves

• Occasional weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete roof replacements and/or repairs according to job scope
• Walk homeowners through findings
• Work individually or as part of a crew
• Follow safety and quality standards on every job
