The position involves working with a professional crew to install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems, utilizing roofing tools and equipment, handling materials, setting up fall protection, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded.
Commercial roofing or related construction experience.
Willing to work overtime when needed.
Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time.
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices.
Valid driver's license for company-driving positions.
Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs.
Climb ladders up to 40 feet.
Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods.
Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems.
Use roofing tools and equipment.
Handle materials.

Complete jobs safely and efficiently.
