The role involves working with a professional crew to install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems, utilizing roofing tools and equipment, handling materials, setting up fall protection, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded.
• Commercial roofing or related construction experience.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license for company-driving positions.
• Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment.
