About The Position

Northpoint Roofing Systems is seeking a dependable full-time Roof Technician - Roofer to join their Franklin, TN team. This role involves visiting residential job sites to evaluate roofing systems for leaks, deterioration, and structural concerns, determining the best repair strategy, and carrying out repairs such as replacing shingles, sealing leaks, and restoring flashing, gutters, and ventilation systems. The technician will ensure a safe and clean job site, document findings, engage with homeowners to explain issues and present recommendations, and prepare and execute repair agreements. Requirements

Experience in residential roofing repair (shingle, metal, or tile)
Understanding of roofing systems, waterproofing, and local building codes
Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and work in varied environments and weather conditions
Strong skills in identifying and resolving complex leak issues
Proficient in using hand and power tools for roofing
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities
