Requirements

Experience in residential roofing repair (shingle, metal, or tile)
Understanding of roofing systems, waterproofing, and local building codes
Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and work in varied environments and weather conditions
Strong skills in identifying and resolving complex leak issues
Proficient in using hand and power tools for roofing
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Visit residential job sites to evaluate roofing systems for leaks, deterioration, and structural concerns.
Determine the best repair strategy.
Carry out repairs, including replacing shingles, sealing leaks, and restoring flashing, gutters, and ventilation systems.
Ensure a safe and clean job site in accordance with OSHA and company protocols.
Document findings and completed tasks accurately.
Engage directly with homeowners, explaining issues and presenting repair recommendations.
Prepare and execute repair agreements.
