About The Position
The Peninsula Beverly Hills is seeking a Supervisor for its Roof Garden operations. This role focuses on delivering an elevated poolside experience with exceptional service and guest satisfaction. The supervisor will lead, coach, and supervise pool servers, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and hospitality. Key responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns promptly, and coordinating VIP arrivals and private cabana reservations for seamless poolside experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in food service or pool operation in a luxury hospitality setting. The position requires availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and current Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Server certificates.
