About The Position

LandPro Equipment is a trusted John Deere dealer serving communities across New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, aiming to be the most respected dealership by upholding PRO values: Professionalism, Respect, and Outstanding Service. As a Rollback Driver, you are a key point of contact for customers, responsible for safely transporting equipment. Your daily tasks involve loading, securing, delivering, and picking up equipment from customer locations. You will interact directly with customers, answer basic questions, handle delivery paperwork, perform basic inspections, and ensure safe and efficient transport. The role emphasizes dependable, on-time service and allows drivers to return home each night without overnights or long trips, though overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • ability to obtain DOT medical card
  • experience as a rollback truck operator and/or pickup truck with trailer
  • ability to safely load, unload, and transport equipment
  • strong sense of responsibility and time management

Nice To Haves

  • experience hauling equipment or operating trailers
  • knowledge of securing loads using straps or tie-downs
  • familiarity with trucks and basic equipment handling
  • CDL license

Responsibilities

  • safely transport equipment to and from customer locations
  • load, unload, and secure equipment for transport using proper techniques
  • interact with customers during deliveries and pickups, representing LandPro
  • complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time
  • perform basic inspections to ensure equipment is ready for transport
  • support the team with logistics and scheduling needs
  • provide dependable, on-time service that customers can count on
  • get to go home each night with no overnights or long trips required
  • answer basic questions
