Come find your “more” with Mohawk! Mohawk is looking for a Roll Up Operator in the Dalton, Ga area. In this role, you will operate the roll up machine.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior experience required
- Problem solving ability is required
- Interpersonal skills, manual dexterity, mechanical skills, math skills and judgement skills
- Pays attention to details
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations
- Must be able to motivate and work well with others
Responsibilities
- Ensure carpet is cut at proper length
- Make sure all defects are cut out
- Help in wrapping rolls for shipment and in oven detail as needed
- Assist in keeping work areas in a clean orderly manner
- Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
- Follow all established standard operating procedures
- Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
