About The Position

Class B CDL Driver is responsible for the safe operation of a heavy commercial truck. Driver is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with DOT and the Company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes driver vehicle condition reports (“DVIR”) on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner.

Requirements

Clean driving record
Up-to-date DOT medical card
Class A or B CDL
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Good customer service skills
Management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in a timely and safe manner
Follow through ability and adherence to work schedule
Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules
Adherence to Company safety standards
Maintains a feeling of pride in work and strives to achieve all goals
Ability to relocate to Wilmington, NC before starting work
