About The Position

The Automation Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading, and optimizing our automated systems. The Automation technician will provide technical expertise, promote Safety, Quality, Cost, & Reliability that support World Class Operations and demonstrate leadership through the maintenance strategy. Requirements

  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and scheduled and unscheduled overtime
  • Two-year college degree or other education, training, and certifications
  • Demonstrable experience with PLC Programing, HMI’s, Wonderware and/or FTVIEW, scaling instrumentation, PID loops
  • 5 years automation and controls experience
  • All applicants must be willing/able to meet the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Four-year college degree or other education, training, and certifications.
  • Control Logix’s Experience
  • AB & ABB Drive Experience
  • Familiarity with NFPA 70E-Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace
