About The Position

Winpak Control Group Inc. is seeking an Inspection – Roll mapping operator to join our Quality department based out of Norwood, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality by operating and monitoring automated inspection systems throughout the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for identifying product defects, maintaining accurate production records, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all safety, cGMP, and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with automated inspection or vision systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computerized inspection systems to inspect products, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately, maintain inspection records, and communicate quality or equipment issues to Production and Quality teams.
• Follow all safety, cGMP, housekeeping, and PPE requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and other operational needs.
• Keep abreast with production requirements.
• Provide support for QC dept as requested and when available.
• Troubleshoot computer network issues.
• File and archive information accordingly.
