About The Position

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc., in Titusville, PA produces customized shapes primarily for original equipment manufacturers that are cold rolled from purchased coiled strip, flat bar or extruded bar at its Precision Rolled Products department and as well as operates three vacuum-arc remelting furnaces. Universal is committed to providing the best quality, delivery, and service possible.

Requirements

• Must have a machining background
• Be able to use and understand micrometers.

Nice To Haves

• Uses CNC Landis grinder to produce templates and machine rolls to be used in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling and grinding equipment to produce templates and rolls.
• Interpret drawings and work order given by supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of template materials and tools.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform all lower-level duties when necessary.
