Requirements

High mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Use measuring tools including caliper, micrometers, and tape measure.
Can operate overhead cranes and forklift
Basic math and computer skills
Previous experience in metal working
Must be able to work any shift as required; overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating roll-forming machines/equipment
Experience reporting production with a MES/ERP software

Responsibilities

Keep high-volume roll-forming line running safely, efficiently and profitably.
Set up, monitor, adjust and troubleshoot the roll forming line to keep it running at peak performance.
Perform routine maintenance and changeovers with accuracy and efficiency to reduce or eliminate downtime.
Ensure work exceeds quality standards and take pride in putting out product the whole team can stand behind.
Set the example in working safely and look out for your fellow teammates – every shift.
