About The Position

Sizemore is seeking Autoline Roll Form Operators for our client, a long-standing manufacturing company in Edgefield, SC. Candidates will train on 1st shift with the expectation of moving to an off-shift once training is complete. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking to grow within a stable, reputable manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to another shift after training
• Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Responsibilities

• Operate Autoline Roll Form equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Power up equipment and understand basic machine controls
• Use an overhead crane to load steel coils
• Thread steel into the machine
• Press and tack plates per production requirements
• Measure first-piece parts using a tape measure to ensure quality specifications
• Load completed plates onto carts
• Record scrap and complete NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
