About The Position

Athenix Special Missions is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to the customer personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland. This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. We will be sure to provide status updates and next steps during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and Law Enforcement Agency
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in military or government civilian setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all role player activities
• Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario
• Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations
• Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines
• Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility
• Act as a liaison between the customer and role players
• Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews
• Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract
