About The Position

VxL Enterprises LLC is a veteran-owned defense services contractor supporting U.S. Government customers with mission-focused training, operations support, and specialized professional services. We value experienced practitioners who bring real-world credibility into high-stakes training environments—and we treat Independent Contractors as trusted teammates, not commodities. VxL Enterprises is seeking Independent Contractors to support United States Government training objectives as Surveillance Role Players. This is an intermittent but long-term requirement. Approved personnel can accept or deny requests based on their schedule or availability. Typical assignments are 4- or 8-hour blocks per day, for up to 4 days per iteration. Iterations happen between 1 and 6 times per year.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
  • Provide a resume/CV
  • Participate in a virtual interview
  • Complete online training
  • Complete in-person familiarization

Nice To Haves

  • Military or law enforcement surveillance experience, certifications, or training
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government training scenarios as a Surveillance Role Player

  • Provide credible surveillance role play in high-stakes training environments.
