About The Position
JMR Construction is looking for an experienced Rock Driller / Track Drill Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position in construction, located in Martinsburg, WV.
Requirements
- 3+ years Rock Drilling / Track Drill experience
- Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment
- Strong safety awareness and work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Pre-employment drug test & criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- CDL Class B or higher a plus
- Additional heavy equipment experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Track Drills / Rock Drills
- Drill rock for blasting, excavation, foundations, utilities & site work
- Safely operate equipment around workers and underground utilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain and clean equipment
- Follow all jobsite and safety requirements
