About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Rock / Aggregate Plant Mechanics for projects located in or around Bakersfield, CA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25–$33/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Clean background check
- Must pass drug screen
- Experience in rock plant, aggregate plant, or similar heavy industrial environments
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on plant equipment
- Work on crushers, screens, conveyors, and feeders
- Drive company vehicles as needed
