The Robotic Welding Programmer writes, edits, and troubleshoots robotic welding programs that support high-quality production. This hands-on role helps ensure weldments meet specifications while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with computers and programming software.

Nice To Haves

• Welding, robotic programming, or related manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of weld parameters and fixturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize robotic weld programs to meet quality and cycle time standards.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and resolve programming issues.
• Inspect and test weldments to ensure they meet specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including GMAW and GTAW.
