About The Position

Seats Incorporated is hiring a full-time Robotic Welding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers a stable manufacturing career with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, excellent benefits, and opportunities to grow. The position is for the first shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. The pay rate is $21.30 per hour.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Ability to read blueprints, measuring devices, and written work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good verbal communication skills
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow specifications
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Willingness to rotate between workstations as production needs require
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC)

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Operate robotic welding machines safely and efficiently
Set welding fixtures and jigs according to setup instructions
Inspect finished parts using checking fixtures, gauges, and measuring devices
Read blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
Perform minor grinding or spot welding as needed
Verify product quality and identify defects before parts move to the next operation
Rotate between workstations based on production needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
Perform other duties as assigned
