Robotic Weld Programmer

Mobile Track Solutions LLC•Elkader, IA

About The Position

The Robotic Weld Programmer writes, tests, and modifies daily robot path instructions and welding sequences for standard production parts using available online and offline programming software. Following established guidelines, the programmer monitors weld quality, makes minor adjustments to parameters such as travel speed and voltage, and edits programs as needed. The role also assists with routine equipment maintenance and helps ensure completed welds consistently meet MTS quality standards. The programmer supports production by operating equipment through loading, running, and unloading when needed, while following standard practices and safe operating protocols. The position also supports robotic weld operators through mentoring, training, and troubleshooting.
