About The Position

Support production operations in an aluminum step robotic welding cell. This role involves straightening aluminum components prior to welding, loading components into weld fixtures, and working alongside an experienced operator to receive direction. The assistant will follow established work instructions and safety procedures, maintain quality standards, and assist with the overall production flow.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Continuous handling of components typically weighing less than 5 lbs.
• Frequent lifting and movement of materials, with lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.
• Regular reaching, handling, balancing, stooping, and material movement.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
• Steel Toe Shoes required.
• Drug Test Required.
• Resumes Required.
