Fluidstack is seeking a Robotic Weld Cell Engineer to own the robotic weld cells, including programming, fixturing interface, and ensuring weld quality at production rates. The role involves developing weld programs for structural steel assemblies, focusing on procedures, parameters, and sequencing to manage distortion. The engineer will commission new cells with integrators, taking them from acceptance to full production rate, and will drive first-pass yield improvements by analyzing data and making parameter-level adjustments to reduce rework.
