About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary: Perform daily testing activities on robot integrated work cells per documented procedures. Assists L1 level operators.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Optional related experience in Electronic, Electrical or Electro-mechanical testing.
  • Experience in basic computer operations in Windows.
  • Ability to assist in lifting heavy test equipment weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Level 1 operators are expected to occasionally provide inputs/ideas that can improve Robotic Test process, efficiency and output.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ability and willingness to abide by Company’s Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Assist L1 members with day-to-day department activities when necessary.
  • Report any potential problems to Team Leader and supervisor.
  • Monitor first pass yield, reject yield and report any inconsistencies with history of model to team leader and supervisors.
  • Troubleshoot minor test set ups and machine mechanical set up issues.
  • Set up vision inspection programs and verify proper inspection of tested parts.
  • Check test equipment capabilities and limitations prior to testing for proper scheduling of jobs.
  • Work in accordance with all company procedures.
  • Perform ESD check.
  • Responsible for maintenance of tools, test equipment and test accessories.
  • Check equipment calibration status.
  • Responsible for keeping work area neat and clean.
  • Any other job-related activity as assigned by the team leader/supervisor/manager.
