This role is crucial for establishing RobCo as a leading provider of automation solutions, focusing on the successful maintenance and servicing of our equipment to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient with computers and software, including experience with innovative No-Code robot programming software.
  • Training in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in commissioning or maintaining automation solutions or similar technologies.
  • Driver's license.
  • Enjoy traveling – up to ~ 70% throughout the US.
  • Precise documentation and clear communication skills.
  • Team spirit and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with different departments and find pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and replacement of components on existing systems and performance of fault analyses for rapid restoration of production capability.
  • Optimization of robot systems in our modern Robflow no-code programming interface – from re-teaching positions to process adjustments based on your findings.
  • Remote support for customer systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues.
  • Proactive process evaluation for early detection of potential malfunctions, as well as collaboration with product development and solution engineering—your feedback is crucial for improving future systems.
