Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to perform repetitive operations.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts.
Meticulous attention to detail when performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Proficient computer skill with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be able to function as part of a team, willing to be multi-trained and maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.

Nice To Haves

Strong technical aptitude with a focus on robotics, automation, and mechatronics.
1 year of Fanuc robot programming and operation
AGV programming and experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with robotic systems, automated assembly tooling, AGVs and AGCs including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems and work with manufacturers to resolve these issues.
Write, modify, and debug Fanuc robot programs to meet production requirements and improve efficiency.
Work with the maintenance team to conduct repairs on Fanuc robots as needed, including replacing parts and components.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
Work closely with MEs and Production staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Provide basic operation/troubleshoot training to line technicians, Planners and MEs.
