Requirements

Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and stand for an entire Ten -hour shift. Monday Through Friday
Experience with press brakes, robots, or similar machinery is highly valued.
Strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, Math and understanding of manufacturing processes.
High level of focus on safety, quality, and precision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with a Team
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate automatic press brakes and robotic systems to form metal components.
Interpret detailed blueprints, Read Job Orders specifications, and process sheets to determine correct dies and required dimensions.
Set, tighten, and adjust clamps, hold-down bolts, and shims to achieve required tolerances and dimensional accuracy.
Perform minor maintenance and routine preventive tasks on the equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often using forklifts or hand trucks.
Monitor machinery (press brakes/robotics) for proper function and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often requiring lifting to 50 lbs.
Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and minor troubleshooting on equipment.
Complete necessary paperwork, including quality check sheets.
