Requirements

  • Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and stand for an entire Ten -hour shift. Monday Through Friday
  • Experience with press brakes, robots, or similar machinery is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, Math and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • High level of focus on safety, quality, and precision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with a Team
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate automatic press brakes and robotic systems to form metal components.
  • Interpret detailed blueprints, Read Job Orders specifications, and process sheets to determine correct dies and required dimensions.
  • Set, tighten, and adjust clamps, hold-down bolts, and shims to achieve required tolerances and dimensional accuracy.
  • Perform minor maintenance and routine preventive tasks on the equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often using forklifts or hand trucks.
  • Monitor machinery (press brakes/robotics) for proper function and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often requiring lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and minor troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including quality check sheets.
