About The Position

Loads and unloads parts in jigs for production robots. Helps setup jigs for job changes. Uses start boxes to generate program start/stop. Visually inspects parts per sample and per Supervisor. Follows Supervisor directions. Performs general daily maintenance on equipment. Operates forklifts. Upkeep and cleanliness of work areas. Follow company safety & security guidelines. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job. Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Previous experience.
• Ability to load and unload parts in jigs for production robots.
• Ability to help set up jigs for job changes.
• Ability to use start boxes to generate program start/stop.
• Ability to visually inspect parts per sample and per Supervisor.
• Ability to follow Supervisor directions.
• Ability to perform general daily maintenance on equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts.
• Ability to maintain upkeep and cleanliness of work areas.
• Ability to follow company safety & security guidelines.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
• Ability to climb into and out of equipment.
• Ability to reach in all directions.
• Ability to handle and manipulate objects and materials.
• Ability to coordinate the movements of eyes, hands, fingers and feet to operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead.
• Ability to carry objects, tools, equipment, etc.
• Ability to stand; sit; walk; push; pull; bend; kneel; crouch/squat; crawl.
• Ability to see with or without correction.
• Ability to hear with or without correction.
• Ability to sit while performing the duties of this job (approx. 20%).
• Ability to walk (70%).
