About The Position

POP MART is seeking a ROBO SHOP Associate to join their North American Retail Business team. This role is responsible for the local operation and management of vending machines (RoboShops), ensuring their performance targets are met. The position also offers the flexibility to support store stocking and customer service operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6-month retail or related experience.
• Great personality and excellent communication skills.
• Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong self-driving force.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shops, including product restocking and maintaining a sanitary appearance.
• Ensure Robo Shops achieve their performance targets.
• Assist with warehouse and goods management, including product intake, storage, allocation, and weekly inventory audits.
• Collaborate with the store manager to establish a restocking schedule that meets customer demand for the machines.
• Meet deadlines for projects and tasks related to the vending machines.
