About The Position

The Roasting & Grinding Operator supports the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining roasting and grinding equipment to transform raw materials into high-quality products. The operator monitors roasting processes and adjusts equipment parameters to meet production standards, product specifications, and desired flavor profiles. The role also includes quality checks, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with team members to improve production and address issues. The position is classified as on-site. The work environment may involve exposure to allergens including soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, milk, egg, tree nuts, and sesame.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Strong observational skills for quality checks and ensuring products meet established standards.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting production issues.
