About The Position
The Roasting & Grinding Operator supports the manufacturing process by transforming raw materials into high-quality products. The role operates and maintains roasting and grinding equipment, monitors production, and adjusts process parameters to meet product specifications, flavor profiles, consistency, and quality standards. It also includes conducting quality checks, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with team members to optimize production and resolve issues. The position is classified as on-site.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong observational skills for quality checks.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting production issues.
