Requirements

• One year of experience as a Technical Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training
• A valid Class C driver's license that is not under suspension
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
• Pass a background investigation

Responsibilities

• Review inventory usage information to support reconciliation efforts and identify needed adjustments
• Evaluate monthly reports to help guide planning, compliance checks, and material management
• Manage supply receipt, storage, and distribution while keeping stock levels appropriate
• Track purchasing card activity and ensure all transactions follow required rules
• Maintain correct SAP inventory records and update reorder points for stocked materials
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments and document quantities, condition, and destination
