About The Position

We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects. Applicant must be familiar with working on heights and/or Manlifts. Must be able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction foreman experience.
• Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.

Nice To Haves

• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Must work with the General Superintendent to ensure the schedule is met.
• Must be able to manage all aspects of earthwork, including mass grade and finish grade.
• Complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations, including daily production, cost, safety, organization, labor, and equipment scheduling and management, subcontractor management.
• Reviews estimates and understands costs and production, and schedules before starting.
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily work for various construction trade crews.
• Ensure construction per plan requirements.
• Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, time sheets, and daily management reports.
• Assists with loading and unloading trucks & deliveries.
