About The Position
This is for night shift ONLY! We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction foreman experience.
- Must adhere to OSHA safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
Nice To Haves
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.
Responsibilities
- Must work with the General Superintendent to ensure schedule is met.
- Complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations, including daily maintenance of all roadways within the work area.
- Jobsites are kept in a safe condition for Contractors, Subcontractors, and the traveling public, whether on foot or by vehicle.
- Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, time sheets, and daily management reports.
- Install and Maintain Permanent MOT Devices per Plan and Spec.
- Install, maintain, and remove Temporary Lane Closures, Diversions, Detours, and Flagging operations.
- Oversee and Supervise Subcontractors whose operations impact roadway safety and traffic flow.
- Understand and comply with all Company Safety policies and procedures as well as OSHA Regulations.
- Assists with loading and unloading trucks & deliveries.
