JOB SUMMARY LIVIC Civil is expanding, and we’re looking for a Roadway Project Engineer to play a key role in our growing transportation department! This full-time position supports project delivery through technical leadership, coordination, and oversight of design tasks and deliverables. This role bridges design production and project execution by guiding engineering decisions, supporting QA/QC, coordinating discipline inputs, and assisting PMs with scope, schedule, and deliverable readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related)
  • 6+ years of progressive roadway/transportation design experience
  • PE license (Pennsylvania or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and/or ORD; strong knowledge of DOT deliverables.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Travel to other offices as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical task execution and coordinate deliverables across a project team.
  • Provide QA/QC oversight and support resolution of design review comments.
  • Coordinate plan development and engineering support for PS&E submissions.
  • Support PMs with technical input for schedules, staffing, and deliverable tracking.
  • Participate in client/agency coordination as needed.
