As our Events and Banquets / Catering Concierge, you’ll be center stage, orchestrating unforgettable moments for every guest who walks through our doors. Whether it’s a corporate gala or a rockin’ wedding celebration, you’ll deliver service that’s seamless, personal, and electric.

Requirements

• Have proven experience in hospitality, banquets, or luxury guest service (bonus points for event chops!).
• Thrive in the fast lane, balancing big energy with calm, proactive problem-solving.
• Love connecting with people and have exceptional communication skills.
• Bring your A-game in presentation, etiquette, and a guest-first mindset.
• Have a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays in your playbook.

Responsibilities

• Roll out the red carpet—welcome and attend to guests with genuine warmth and style.
• Be the go-to point of contact for guests and organizers, fielding requests with a “we’ve got this” attitude.
• Anticipate guest needs before they even know them—then deliver with rockstar precision.
• Coordinate last-minute changes with grace, collaborating with culinary, service, and AV teams.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure setups hit all the right notes.
• Team up with banquet captains and servers to deliver flawless food & beverage service.
• Keep an eagle eye on event flow, jumping in to resolve any hiccups on the spot.
• Assist with vendor arrivals and ensure everyone’s in tune for a smooth show.
• Set the standard for a polished, professional presence on the banquet floor.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and service standards worthy of a five-star review.
• Share guest feedback to keep us evolving and elevating.
• Help with post-event breakdown—because every good gig needs a great wrap party.
