About The Position

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a Road Supervisor to ensure the entire workplace follows industry, state, and company-related safety guidelines. This role involves conducting routine safety audits, carrying out safety training programs and meetings, and implementing initiatives to reduce work-related accidents and occupational hazards. The supervisor will oversee general safety guidelines and procedures for drivers, investigate accidents, and monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety policies and laws. This position reports to the Safety Manager and assists with training new and existing drivers to meet various standards, including scheduling re-trainings as needed. A clean MVR and background check are required. Previous experience in the safety field is a plus, and training is provided. Responsibilities

Ensure the entire workplace (including employees) follows industry, state, and other company-related safety guidelines or rules.
Conduct routine safety audits.
Carry out safety training programs and safety meetings for company employees on a regular basis.
Implement initiatives to reduce the level of work-related accidents and/or occupational hazards.
Supervise the general safety guidelines and procedures for drivers.
Investigate accidents to find out their causes.
Inspect and/or monitor the daily operations of employees to make sure they follow safety policies and laws.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager.
Assists with all training of new and existing drivers to meet State, Federal, Local and corporate standards.
Assists with scheduling re-trainings accordingly as per the event description and intervention strategy required.
