About The Position

Marksman Security is seeking a Licensed Security D Road Supervisor – Scheduling Coordinator to join their team in Orlando. This role is responsible for conducting scheduled and unannounced visits to assigned account sites to assess the appearance, demeanor, capabilities, readiness, condition, and knowledge of the security staff, as well as overall client satisfaction. Requirements

  • Prior two years’ experience working in a Team Lead/Supervisory position is required.
  • This position requires frequent travel within assigned geographic locations with a furnished patrol car which is picked up at a designated location.
  • This position requires an open flexible shift schedule and the ability to work all 3 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Valid Security D License.
  • Valid FL Driver’s License – Clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Minimum of two years of security experience.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
  • This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and unannounced visits of all assigned account sites.
  • Assess the appearance, demeanor, and capabilities of security staff.
  • Evaluate the readiness, condition, and knowledge of security staff.
  • Gauge overall client satisfaction.
