About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Road Service Tire Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform essential tire services both in-shop and on the road, helping keep our customers safe and on the move. If you have experience with commercial and heavy-duty tires, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Hands-on experience with commercial and heavy-duty tire mounting and dismounting.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-first mindset and professional communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Willingness to work roadside and respond to customer service calls as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires.
Provide on-site and roadside tire service to customers with professionalism and urgency.
Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company policies.
Follow all safety protocols and participate in required training.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed—flexibility and initiative are key!
