About The Position

Join Best-One Tire & Service as a Commercial Tire Technician- Road Service and spend your day helping truck drivers, fleets, and commercial customers get back on the road safely. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and aren't interested in sitting behind a desk, this could be the perfect opportunity. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings and weekends for emergency road service. Rotation frequency will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

2 years minimum commercial and/or agriculture tire experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license required
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and the ability to relate well with other team members and customers
Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Nice To Haves

CDL is a plus

Responsibilities

Install, repair, rotate, balance, and replace commercial truck and heavy equipment tires
Perform roadside tire service for commercial customers
Conduct fleet tire inspections
Recommend repairs and preventative maintenance
Respond quickly to emergency road service calls
Communicate with customers professionally
Complete service documentation
Operate and maintain an assigned service truck
Safely operate tire equipment and shop tools
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
