About The Position
The Road Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing ADMAR-owned and customer-owned equipment. The role involves responding to customer service calls, diagnosing and repairing equipment at customer sites, completing inspections and installations, and documenting work. The position offers ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the service repair industry, preferably repairing construction or heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.
- Knowledge of gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a high level of complexity.
- Flexibility to meet customer needs.

- Experience repairing construction or heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Drive a repair truck to customer sites in response to service calls.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform inspections, repairs, and installations efficiently.
- Ensure equipment is repaired properly and in a timely manner.
- Complete equipment inspections and report repair issues to the Service Manager.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
