About The Position
Puget Sound Care is hiring licensed nurses (LPNs and RNs) for evening and noc shifts in our 4-Star skilled nursing facility located in West Olympia. We pride ourselves on the quality care we provide our residents and comradery of our staff. We provide both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Acute Care. We are a very family-friendly company and work around a lot of varying life schedules.
Requirements
- Current active LPN or RN state licensure without enforcement action
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently
- Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references
- Offer of employment is contingent upon background check results.
Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
- Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks
- Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety
- Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift
- Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS
