Hiring Event (In-Person) - LPNs and RNs
About The Position
This is a hiring event for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Christian Health team. The event will take place in-person at Christian Health, 301 Sicomac Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481. Candidates will have the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and nurse leaders from the Behavioral Health community, participate in on-the-spot job interviews, and learn about full-time positions available. The Behavioral Health community includes Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital, Haven (a trauma-informed care program for women), Heritage Manor (offering Skilled Nursing Care, Dementia Care, and Short-term Rehab), and Longview (an assisted living residence).
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- New Associate Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply.
- RNs and LPNs for Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health: (3) 12 hour shifts 6:45am - 7:15pm (Days) or (3) 12 hour shifts 6:45pm - 7:15am (Nights). Every other weekend required.
- RNs and LPNs for Heritage Manor: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am shifts. Every Other Weekend Required.
- RNs for Longview: Part-time - 7am - 3pm, Every Other Weekend only and must be on-call for the same weekend rotation.
- RNs for Longview: Full-time - 3pm-11pm, On call requirements include every other week (Monday – Friday).
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans that meet the patient's goals.
- Lead the interdisciplinary team in patient care.
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care.
