About The Position

The RNG Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing the maintenance of RNG assets, including planning and scheduling both internal and external support personnel for the RNG plant. This role requires close collaboration with the RNG Operations Team and RNG Plant Team to ensure continuity of support and successful maintenance outcomes. The supervisor will ensure the RNG Plant is maintained to meet production targets and asset maintenance plans, manage planning and communications for maintenance outages, and coordinate major plant maintenance outages. A key aspect of this role is understanding mechanical preventive maintenance schedules, electrical GEAMS, and maintenance schedules to ensure RNG Plant compliance. The position involves maintenance resource planning to support plant start-up and operations, identifying critical inventory and spares, and developing procurement strategies. The supervisor will analyze operations and maintenance data to recommend improvements in productivity and efficiency, support operations to ensure the RNG plant runs at full potential while minimizing costs, and arrange for and manage third-party contractors. Additionally, the role requires actively ensuring personal and others' health and safety, and complying with company policies and procedures.

Prior supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with electrical and rotational equipment.
Experience with setting and adhering to budgets and understanding of basic accounting principles.
Experience with setting site maintenance schedules, preferably with both gas field, gas plant and engines.
Experience adhering to Health and safety responsibilities and requirements.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to occasionally travel by automobile and/or airline for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Manage RNG asset maintenance.
Plan and schedule internal and external support personnel for the RNG plant.
Ensure continuity of support and successful maintenance outcomes by working closely with the RNG Operations Team and RNG Plant Team.
Ensure the RNG Plant is maintained to meet production and asset maintenance plans.
Manage planning and communications with the RNG Plant Team and support labor for maintenance outages.
Plan, coordinate, and schedule major plant maintenance outages.
Be knowledgeable of mechanical preventive maintenance schedules, electrical GEAMS, and maintenance schedules in support of RNG Plant compliance.
Perform maintenance resource planning to effectively support start-up and operations of the RNG plant.
Identify critical inventory and spares and support strategy for procuring and maintaining on-site inventory.
Analyze operations and maintenance data to make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiency.
Support Operations by ensuring the RNG plant runs at full potential while minimizing direct costs.
Arrange for outside third-party assistance when required and manage and oversee any third-party contractors working onsite.
Actively ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations.
Support and comply with Company policies and procedures.
