About The Position
The RNFA role requires proficiency in robotic, bariatric, general, colorectal, orthopedic/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures. Candidates must have three years of scrub and circulating experience. The schedule includes an estimated eight on-call days during each six-week schedule, with call split evenly among RNFAs. Kidney call runs Monday through Friday from 1800 to 0600 and Saturday and Sunday from 0600 to 0600. General call runs Saturday and Sunday from 0700 to 1700 and on holidays from 0700 to 1700. There is no kidney call on holidays. The role accepts either four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts.
