About The Position

Trinity Elms is currently seeking a qualified Baylor RN to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of Lutheran Services Carolinas and support a vibrant senior living community, working alongside a dedicated group of professionals committed to serving our residents. As a Nurse at Trinity Elms Health & Rehab, you will play a crucial role in providing resident care under the supervision of the attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited RN program.
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
CPR certification or willingness to complete it.

Nice To Haves

2 years of nursing experience but not required.

Responsibilities

Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Benefits

$10,000 Signing Bonus (Paid out in increments over two years of employment)
Baylor Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Competitive RN base pay (based on experience).
Baylor nurses receive an additional $4 per hour shift differential on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Baylor nurses also receive 25% Baylor pay.
Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour
