About The Position

The RN provides hospital/inpatient nursing care. The role includes performing and documenting ongoing assessments, reviewing and revising plans of care as patients’ status changes, incorporating patient teaching and discharge planning, and coordinating referrals to support continuity of care after discharge. A minimum of two years of experience and COVID vaccination are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document ongoing assessments, including observation, physical examination, laboratory and test results, and patient response to procedural intervention.
• Review and revise the plan of care according to changes in the patient’s status.
• Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and document appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
