About The Position

The RN performs and documents ongoing patient assessments, including observation, physical examination, laboratory and test results, and patient responses to procedural interventions. The RN reviews and revises the plan of care when a patient’s status changes, incorporates patient teaching and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes, and coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to support continuity of care after discharge.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• COVID vaccine required.

Responsibilities
