About The Position

The RN provides inpatient hospital care by assessing patients and coordinating with health care team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The role includes administering prescribed medications, monitoring and reporting adverse reactions, educating patients about surgical procedures, and documenting medical information and vital signs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• BLS – AHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, including oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous medications.
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
